- KSD301 is a small bimetal thermostat with housing. It is a temperature relay device. Using the principle that the disc-shaped bimetallic sheet produces instant beating under the action of temperature, through the action of the mechanism, the contacts move quickly to achieve the purpose of disconnecting or connecting the circuit.
- Its working temperature is fixed and does not need to be adjusted. The action is reliable and crisp, the arc is small, the service life is long, and the radio interference is less.

When the appliance cools down to the reset temperature, the contacts close/open automatically and return to normal working condition.

1. When using contact temperature-sensing installation, the metal cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled appliance. To ensure the temperature-sensing effect, the temperature-sensing surface should be coated with thermally conductive silicone grease or other thermally conductive medium with similar properties.
2. Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of the cover during installation, so as not to affect the performance.
3. Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the inside of the temperature controller, do not cause cracks in the shell, and do not arbitrarily change the shape of the external terminals.
4. When the product is used in a circuit with a current of no more than 5A, the copper core cross-section should be 0.5-1mm² for wire connection. If it is used in a circuit with a current of no more than 10A, the copper core cross-section should be 0.75-1.5mm² for wire connection.
5. The product should be stored in a warehouse where the relative humidity is less than 90% and the ambient temperature is below 40°C, which is ventilated, clean, dry and free of corrosive gases.
